BUYTAS PROPERTY FEES
BUYTAS Property has three service programs, as well as additional services to assist at each stage of the investment property lifecycle.

Service Program 1 = Search, Evaluation and Negotiation
Payment Plan
- 1st Instalment: $500 is an engagement fee payable at the time of engaging our services.
- 2nd Instalment balance $2500 or 2% (two percent) of the purchase price of the property, whichever is the greater, is payable upon property settlement.
Service Program 2 = Evaluation and Negotiation
Payment Plan
- 1st Instalment: $500 engagement fee
- 2nd Instalment: $1500or 1% (one percent) of the purchase price of the property, whichever is the greater, is payable upon property settlement.
Service Program 3 = Auction Bidding
For our auction bidding service we charge an auction attendance fee per
event of $350. If our bid is successful at the auction, we charge a success
fee of $650 excluding the attendance fee.
Note: Letter of authority for BUYTAS Property to bid on behalf of the buyer and buyer's proof of funds for 10% deposit must be received prior to auction attendance.
