Repairs and Maintenance
You should notify us of any Urgent or Emergency repairs needed as soon as possible. General repairs and maintenance will be quoted and completed after owner’s instructions have been received. You may wish to email maintenance and repairs to: (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
- Remembering all maintenance and repairs are to be placed in writing as required by the Residential Tenancy Act 1997.
- Water, sewerage, electricity or heating supplied to or within the premises, and the cooking stove or hot water system installed within the premises and the removal of grey water are described as essential services.
- The repair or replacement of Electrical fuses, light globes, tubes or tap washers are a tenant responsibility.
